We work often strictly in harness with our customers and their technicians with the purpose of find the best solution in a short time. The main matter is the choice of the more appropriate elastomer; this choice has to be done according to the following criteria:
- the type of fluid in contact with the seal
- the temperature range
- the working pressures
- the dynamic and/or static stresses
- the abrasion and wear strenght
- the compatibility to be pasted with other materials etc. etc.
The help of a qualifies staff is therefore essential to do the best choice in the development of every project regarding the seals.
In particular the Centro Guarnizioni Tiger produces items in NBR, SILICONE (LSR), EPDM, VITON ® and NEOPRENE. We produce not only standard and metric O-rings (in the materials mentioned above), but also items from drawing, plates in the sizes 300x300x1 at 10 (calibrated 0,1), DI, DE, UM types lip seals,2M, 2F, MF, P vibration-dampers, drawn tubes with round, square, rectangular section, rubber/metal and silicone/metal works, moulding of items in FLUOROSILICONE.
Furthermore Centro Guarnizioni Tiger produces custom made moulds and mixtures (also for the account of third parties).
