Centro Guarnizioni Tiger operates in the field of production of technical articles in NBR, EPDM, VITON®, NEOPRENE, FLUOROSILICONE, PARA with solid experience since 1961 and from 1988 is also specialized in the molding of Liquid Silicone Rubber LSR.

Our company has the quality management system certificate ISO 9001. We are able to realize products from drawing or sample, we assure customers our assistance step by step. The initial product concept, through to production pilot / production mold, up to the molding and to the consequent final product. Our tooling department and our compound department, give significant contribution to resolution of every of your problems and thanks to the technology of Liquid Silicone Rubber all of our silicone products respect the directives FDA-BGA-UL and medical grade.
Since 1988 we are specialized in the production of technical articles in Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR), with more than 10 installations dedicate and the best technologies available, that assure us the power and flexibility that will satisfy every request of our customers.
Not also custom-made producers, but we can offer to you standard products O-RINGS (NBR/EPDM/VITON®/L.S.R SILICONE.) , RODS (silicone/ NBR/VITON®), TUBES (silicone LSR), EXTRUDED SHEET (L.S.R. SILICONE, VITON®, NBR, EPDM) VIBRATION-DAMPING, JOINTS SEALS (DIN-11851, THROTTLE VALVE JOINTS DN SEALS, CLAMP SEALS ISO-2582 )and more other…this ensured by a large warehouse of more than 2.000 square meters It operates fully with the technology of bar codes.

1961
Birth of Tiger
It all began in 1961 (from the experience of my father in the leather work and die-cut fields) with the production of small amounts of rubber gaskets. Thus was born the Tiger which becomes immediately a manufacturer of technical rubber seals, in the mechanical, electrical, food and chemicals fields. From 1965 to 1970 Tiger increased its experience by purchasing new machines that allow the company to introduce the production of gaskets fluorine and silicone elastomers, acquiring clients in all Italian industrial sectors.

Technological innovation
In the early’70s, after entering in the new production plants, Tiger learns the technology of injection production, which allows it to be flexible on any type of seal design.

New molds department
From 1973 to 1975 the demand for new special products opens the door to realization of the production department molds, allowing the company to gain considerable savings in time and logistics.

The new mixture production department
From 1975 to 1985, the company continues to expand, increasing its amount of production machines. Consequently the mixture production department is realized, adapted to each sector.

The ISO 9001 certification
In the 2009 the company obtains the ISO 9001 quality certifications in order to ensure a complete guarantee about the production of all its technical articles in all kind of materials. The company believes in constant technological upgrading to ensure power and flexibility that will satisfy all request of our customers. To support our quality the prompt delivery warehouse, more than 2.000 sqm, It operates fully with the technology of bar codes.

Productivity and technology
In the 2014, on the production molds department, it was installed a high-tech Turn-Mill Complete Machining Centre to add more speed and more precision in the required products.

Currently the company has available more than 11 dedicated plants to the molding of Liquid Silicone Rubber LSR, which is highly specialized, and more than 7 plants for the molding of the classic elastomers.
All this always in constant upgrade.
